Needs analysis in a free intake call, talent matching with 2 to 3 profiles, onboarding into your tools, 2-week Agile sprints, European-led delivery with code review and QA, and scaling the team as the project grows.
A scope and goals workshop, AI-assisted generation, a first human review cycle, QA and testing, an ethical and security audit, and a documented delivery and handover. Complex projects repeat the generation and review cycle several times.
